1.1 Secondary Glazing Company provides high-quality secondary glazing solutions for residential and commercial properties.
1.2 All orders placed with us are subject to these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Quotations and Orders
2.1 Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of purchase.
2.3 Any amendments to an order must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 A deposit of 50% is required at the time of order confirmation, with the balance payable upon completion of the work.
3.2 Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other agreed methods.
3.3 Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month.

4. Delivery and Installation
4.1 Delivery and installation dates are provided as estimates and are subject to availability.
4.2 We will not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain disruptions or adverse weather conditions.
4.3 The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the installation site.

5. Product Guarantee
5.1 All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, details of which will be provided at the time of purchase.
5.2 The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of confirmation, subject to a cancellation fee to cover incurred costs.
6.2 Refunds will only be issued for products that are unused and undamaged. Bespoke items are non-refundable.

7. Liability
7.1 Secondary Glazing Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
7.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided.

8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 The customer must ensure all information provided, such as measurements and specifications, is accurate.
8.2 Any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer may incur additional costs.

9. Privacy Policy

9.2 We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
