Musicians ask a harder question than most clients: not how much quieter, but how much isolation. It deserves an honest answer, because glazing is one component of a chain and it is easy to spend money on the wrong link.
The weakest element sets the result
Sound transmission follows the path of least resistance. A window upgraded to 50 dB isolation in a wall achieving 35 dB gives you a room that performs at roughly 35 dB. Before specifying glazing for a studio, establish what the wall, floor, ceiling and door are doing — the door is very often the real limit.

What the window can realistically contribute
A deep-cavity secondary system with mismatched laminated panes, compression-sealed and with no trickle vent, is a serious acoustic element and will not be the weak link in most domestic rooms. Practically that means drums and amplified bass will still be audible outside, while piano, strings, voice and monitored mixing largely will not.
Low frequency is structural
Kick drum and bass guitar energy below about 80 Hz travels through the building structure — joists, walls, the floor slab — as much as through air. No window addresses that path. If low frequency is your problem, the money belongs in decoupled floor and wall construction, and we would rather tell you that than take an order that will disappoint.
